This amazing coffee was sustainably sourced from Guatemala and meticulously aged 30 days in a Bourbon barrel and then roasted to order. Something magical happens after roasting this specialty grade coffee beans. Roasting the premium, single origin coffee beans burns off the alcohol, leaving behind strong, but not overpowering, notes of smoky oak and a rich subtle sweetness.
